L. Thomas Wolff, M.D. Scholarship
This fundraiser will benefit the L. Thomas Wolff, M.D. Scholarship fund. This fund was established in 2014 to support training for local medical and health professions students. The Scholarship is in honor of Dr. Wolff and his career-long dedication and commitment in educating and supporting local students, health practitioners, and the greater community.
We ask that you please consider participating as a Sponsor. We have multiple Sponsorship options available:
Dinner Sponsorship: $5,000.00 (One available)
- Banner at the dinner with business logo and name
- Opportunity to speak at the dinner
- Four complimentary tickets (one team) to participate in the golf tournament
- Four complimentary tickets to the dinner held afterwards
- Business name signage on each golf cart
- Ads placed prominently on the event website, tournament program, and print ads
- Business name recognition in press releases to local media
Gold Sponsorship: $4,000.00 (One available)
- Four complimentary tickets (one team) to participate in the golf tournament
- Four complimentary tickets to the dinner held afterwards

Silver Sponsorship: $1,500.00 (Three available)
